Lisa Barlow‘s luncheon mayhem continues in this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, with Angie Katsanevas delivering one of her most biting insults yet.

Last week’s episode ended with a heated confrontation between Barlow and Whitney Rose, Bronwyn Newport, and Katsanevas. After Barlow heard the ladies were spreading gossip about a handful of alleged lawsuits she and her business were facing, she decided to confront everyone at her lunch, displaying posters of legal documents with the word, “Dismissed,” plastered across each one of them.

Of course, things got sprinter van-level crazy when the women continued to question Barlow’s legal affairs. With Rose storming out at the end of the episode, Barlow seems to turn her attention to Katsanevas and her business this week.

In an exclusive clip obtained by Decider, Barlow claims Katsanevas only owns “one-and-a-half” Lunatic Fringe Salons, while the rest are franchised.

“Let me help you count my cash. I have three salons that I own. The rest are franchises. It’s a model I’m proud of,” Katsanevas fires back, before adding, “There’s no one-and-a-half. You lie and you throw shit out there to insult me.”

In her confessional, Katsanevas says, “I finally figured Lisa’s tactic out. She lies to deflect and make someone else the target. And everyone’s tired of it.”

However, Barlow insists that she “didn’t lie,” nor did she make the comment to “insult” her co-star. “You took it as an insult,” she claims, drawing shocked facial reactions from the other women around the table.

That’s when Katsanevas, who famously coined the iconic “high body-count hair” insult, hits back.

“You have no idea what I own. You don’t know the facts about my business. You do french fries, I do franchise,” she fumes, seemingly referring to Barlow’s longtime partnership with the Wendy’s fast-food chain. “You should stick to it.”

See how the rest of the conversation plays out when The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
