Is it the end of The Real Housewives of New Jersey as we know it? According to sources, production has been put “on pause” following the blowout fight between Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice on Wednesday night’s (May 16) season finale.

Insiders told Page Six that the sisters-in-law are “legitimately estranged,” which has resulted in the production delay. Aside from the show’s reunion, Gorga previously revealed that she has not seen or spoken to Giudice since filming the finale episode, where the duo engaged in a screaming match over rumors that Gorga had an affair.

The sources claim Bravo “does not know how to proceed under the current conditions and that no one has been offered a contract — or been fired — for next season.”

The show — which was supposed to start filming Season 14 in June — could even be delayed until 2024, according to sources.

“No official decisions on Season 14 have been made as the finale, Teresa and Louie’s wedding special and the reunion episodes have yet to air,” they told Page Six.

The news comes nearly one month after Andy Cohen teased the “monumental” reunion between the cast, which was filmed in April.

“The level of — I won’t even say vitriol, I will just say hate — between Teresa and Melissa, it’s — I mean the gloves are off, I’ve never seen anything like it,” the Bravo boss said, before admitting that he “almost walked off” the set at one point because he got “so annoyed” with the duo’s fighting.

Cohen added, “There was a moment where I turned to Teresa — I apologized to her later. I didn’t yell at her but I think I lost my shit with her in a way that I haven’t, maybe ever.”

Despite seemingly being done with one another for good, Gorga told her On Display podcast listeners that she has “no intentions” on taking a step back from RHONJ.

“I never run away when the going gets tough; that’s not my personality,” she said. “Our family has been through ups and downs for so many years on this show, and I have never left before, and I have no intentions on leaving now.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs on Tuesday nights at 8/7c on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
