NextImg:‘RHOC’ star Shannon Beador sentenced to 3 years probation for DUI

Shannon Beador will not be facing jail time for her DUI charge — despite prosecutors reportedly requesting she serve 30 days behind bars for the offense.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star was sentenced to three years of probation Thursday, according to TMZ.

Beador, who was not present in court, will also have to complete 40 hours of community service and a nine-month alcohol program.

While the judge dismissed one count of hit-and-run with property damage, the 59-year-old was charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more.

Beador was arrested in September after she crashed into a Newport Beach, Calif., home, uprooting the landscaping and destroying the siding. She has since paid for the damage, per TMZ.

The incident was caught on surveillance footage, showing the reality TV star whizzing around a corner before slamming into the property and driving away.

Beador then drove for a while longer before parking her vehicle in the middle of the street, where police found her.

Beador, who had her dog in the car at the time of the accident, also suffered a few injuries in the crash, including a fractured left wrist.

At the time of the accident, the “RHOC” star allegedly had a blood alcohol content of .24 percent, which is three times the legal limit.

While Beador is now forced to complete an alcohol program, the Bravolebrity actually took matters into her own hands a few weeks after the accident.

At the beginning of October, Beador enrolled in an outpatient behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component.

One week later, Beador — who is still set to appear at BravoCon this weekend — vowed to “be open, honest and authentic” about the incident and her subsequent lifestyle changes when the time is right.

“I know it’s been a while since I posted and there’s been a lot of talk about everything that’s happened recently,” she wrote on Instagram a month after the crash.

“Unfortunately right now, I’m not in the position to comment but there will be a time when I can and I intend to be open, honest and authentic. Right now, I’m focusing on getting healthy, getting back to myself and walking Archie.”
