Fans are concerned for Kyle Richards after a new photo showed off her dramatic weight loss.
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley shared a picture on Instagram Thursday of the cast vacationing in Spain — with Richards’ ribs fully exposed, prompting followers to flood the comments section with worry.
“Kyle needs an intervention ????,” wrote one user.
“Anyone else concerned for Kyle?” asked another.
“Kyles [sic] ribs. Yikes,” commented a third fan.
“No Kyle looks unhealthy,” added another.
“I hope Kyle isn’t unwell,” wrote one more user.
Richards, 54, has spoken candidly about her weight loss in recent months — while vehemently denying it being a result of Ozempic, the diabetes drug that several celebrities have been using to shed pounds fast.

“I had never heard of it. I had heard of it when they accused me, but I’d already lost weight by the time I had heard about Ozempic, so it was really frustrating to me,” the Bravo personality explained to Page Six in February.
“What I don’t want to get lost in this is that I want to be able to inspire people.”
Richards insisted her diminishing weight was due to an extremely strict diet, becoming sober last year and exercising.
“I stopped drinking almost seven months ago, I don’t eat bad, sugar, pizza, donuts, carbs … so I’d rather be inspiring than people making up stories about me,” she continued, adding that she works out for two hours every day.
Despite the incessant speculation, the reality star continuously has flaunted her shrinking frame on social media, posing in skintight frocks and even her daughter Alexia’s dress.
“Hair and make up [sic] by me,” Richards captioned an Instagram Story in March showing off her look, adding, “Stole the dress from @alexiaumansky.”
The “Halloween” actress accessorized the simple strapless black dress with a colorful choker necklace and sparkling silver purse.
At the time, “Jersey Shore” mainstay Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi called her a “queen,” while “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga commented, “Okayyyy” and “Real Housewives of Orange County” Tamra Judge left a fire emoji.
