If the Red Bulls went under the radar last season, it’s hard to imagine the defending Eastern Conference champions are going to get the same treatment this year. 

The Red Bulls embraced the underdog role as the club reached the MLS Cup final for the first time in more than a decade, but their Cinderella story ended in heartbreak when they fell to the LA Galaxy.

Now they will have to contend with the expectations that are going to be thrust upon them when they kick off their season Saturday against FC Cincinnati. 

“We have to demand more now,” Red Bulls star Emil Forsberg told The Post this week. “Last year, we showed we can play for the title. That means this year has to be better.”
