Whitney Rose and Lisa Barlow‘s friendship continues to sour in tonight’s episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. In an exclusive clip obtained by DECIDER, Rose suggests that Barlow was the one who started the defamatory rumors about her business.

In case you missed it, Rose had it out with Meredith Marks in last week’s episode for repeating online rumors claiming she purchases cheap jewelry from Alibaba and upsells it through Prism, her jewelry line. But when they return from the cast trip to Milwaukie, Rose comes to the realization that she should’ve directed more of her anger toward Barlow, who had told Marks about the rumors in the first place.

“I’m really upset and hurt by Lisa right now. She gave me the biggest ‘F you’ ever,” Rose tells Heather Gay and newbie Britani Bateman, explaining that Barlow had left her gold Prism necklace behind in her hotel room.

Gay speculates that Rose might be taking things too personally, but the latter quickly replies, “I feel like it is personal. This is my business, my brand. And it’s not just something that popped up. I feel like this was planted.”

When the two women ask if she’s referring to Barlow, Rose nods her head.

Rose has, of course, denied the damaging rumors about her business, telling the cameras, “There is a social media account that is accusing me of buying my jewelry from Alibaba, and that is not true.”

“We buy from curated vendors; that’s called ‘commerce,'” she continued. “It’s not like Meredith is out there in the ocean diving for her caviar. Whoever said that, that’s fucked up.”

Meanwhile, Rose and Barlow’s friendship has been rocky from the start of Season 5, all starting with their blowout argument at Barlow’s “Besos” dinner.

“I think this dinner is the tone for the whole season,” Barlow told DECIDER, before later adding, “I think we’ve all given [Rose] an insane amount of grace. I feel like she gets so much grace. Everyone’s like, ‘Oh, it’s just Whitney.’ But now she’s doing things that are damaging people. And when your lies are dangerous and damaging, it’s a problem.”

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs on Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
