Raquel Leviss is doubling down on her claim that Scheana Shay punched her in March – despite dropping the temporary restraining order she obtained against her “Vanderpump Rules” co-star.
“Scheana did physically assault me that night, and I have a permanent scar on my eyebrow,” Leviss alleged on Thursday’s episode of Bethenny Frankel’s podcast, “Just B.”
Leviss’ insistence comes five months after she initially accused Shay, 38, of hitting her upon learning of the former pageant queen’s affair with Tom Sandoval amid his 10-year relationship with Ariana Madix.
“At the moment, I thought I deserved it – that’s why I just stood there and let it happen,” Leviss told Frankel. “She pushed me as hard as she could against a brick wall, the back of my head hit the wall pretty hard, and then she socked me in the eye.”
The “Vanderpump Rules” star claimed that Shay then “threw [her] phone in the street” and called Madix with her own cell, while Leviss retrieved her phone to call Sandoval.
“I … was like, ‘Scheana just punched me in the face,’ and he goes, ‘Oh, I know, I heard her say to Ariana, “I punched that bitch in her face and threw her phone in the street,”‘” Leviss alleged.
The 28-year-old went on to call Shay “nuts” for calling her a “liar and a cheat” who “completely fabricated this assault.”
The embattled Bravolebrity also claimed that she filed the restraining order because she “didn’t feel safe” after Shay used a punching emoji in an Instagram caption following the alleged altercation.
“Always got your back! ???????? #TeamAriana,” Shay captioned a photo of herself and Madix on March 5.
Addressing the upload, Leviss concluded, “It just doesn’t make sense to me how I can be assaulted and still have so much vitriol.”
Shay’s rep and attorney did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Shay’s attorney, Neama Rahmani, previously told Page Six in March that his client “never punched” Leviss, whom he called “a known liar and a cheat.”
The lawyer later admitted that Shay “pushed” Leviss after her fellow cast member “grabbed her wrist.”
Leviss dropped the temporary restraining order and her intent to pursue a permanent restraining order on March 24, telling Entertainment Tonight, “I didn’t want to continue with the permanent RO nor did I want to cause Scheana further agony and stress.”
While speaking about the court proceedings during the March reunion, Shay maintained that it was “scientifically impossible” for her to “make a fist” while sporting fake nails.
“To throw all of this on top of [the scandal] when I did nothing but take care of her … has taken such a toll on me,” the “Good as Gold” singer said through tears.
“I have not been able to be completely present for my daughter, [Summer, and] I have all this legal s–t,” she continued. “My daughter sees me crying, then she starts crying.”
Leviss’ comments to Frankel mark the first interview she has given since facing off against her co-stars during the explosive reunion.
Elsewhere in the multi-part podcast, she claimed she has not “seen a single penny” from Bravo, accused Sandoval, 41, of recording an “intimate” video without her consent and said her 90-day stay at a mental health facility has helped her “understand” why she chooses “unavailable” men.
“Vanderpump Rules” began filming Season 11 in July, but Leviss has not been spotted participating in any scenes with the cast. She has instead been photographed lying low in Arizona.
