tRY IT NOWThe Rangers’ blue line makeover continues.
Restricted free agent K’Andre Miller was traded to the Hurricanes on Tuesday, The Post’s Larry Brooks confirmed.
The Rangers will acquire conditional first- and second-round picks and defenseman Scott Morrow in the deal.
Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman first reported the trade, which includes Miller getting an eight-year, $60 million contract.
It was a move Chris Drury has been looking to facilitate for a majority of the offseason, after the Blueshirts president and general manager set out to shake up the roster and change the chemistry of the locker room following a drama-filled season that saw the team miss the playoffs for the first time in four years.
With Miller coming off another down season in his fifth year with the organization, the Rangers were unwilling to commit to the 25-year-old defenseman long term and decided to trade him before he became offer sheet eligible on July 1.

Miller, who was drafted 22nd overall in 2018, finishes his Rangers tenure with 36 goals and 96 assists in 368 games.
He is coming off a two-year deal worth $7.74 million ($3.872 million average annual value).
