BravoCon 2023 has officially kicked off in Las Vegas, and though there are dozens of Bravolebrities attending the fan convention, there is one who is noticeably missing: Real Housewives of New York City alum Ramona Singer.

The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip star was recently removed from the lineup after she used a racial slur in a text message to a Page Six reporter.

But that didn’t stop her daughter, Avery Singer, from attending the fan convention with her company, BachBoss. The 28-year-old was spotted at a booth promoting her luxury party planning company, according to an image shared by a Bravo fan account.

Fans were shocked to see Avery in attendance considering the mounting accusations of racism her mother has been facing. According to a recent report from Vanity Fair, Ramona is accused of making racist remarks about Black people and using a racial slur while speaking to a Black production member while working on RHONY.

In one incident, RHONY alum Eboni K. Williams accused Ramona of claiming “most” Black people “don’t have a father.”

A source who was present at filming also recalled another instance where Ramona said, “This is why we didn’t need Black people on the show … This is gonna ruin our show,’” after Williams got into a fight with her and cast member Luann de Lesseps

Ramona has since denied the claims, with sources close to the housewife insisting that she “always liked” Williams despite their on-screen tension.

But it looks like the allegations were not enough to keep Avery from cashing in on her Bravo fame at this year’s BravoCon.

Avery, who appeared throughout the first nine seasons of her mother’s run on the show, recently bashed other “Bravo kids” for riding “their mom’s coattails” to success.

While speaking on David Yontef’s podcast, Behind the Velvet Rope, Avery claimed that she had a “really freaking tough” time establishing her career in finance because she was associated with the Real Housewives franchise.

“I know because of my mom I have a leg up. But I’ve also been on TV for almost 15 years and I’ve never really leveraged it for anything in my life,” she said during an interview on David Yontef’s podcast, Behind the Velvet Rope. “So if I’m going to start, when we’re down for the count, I’m about to do it [for my] business. Why not?”

Real Housewives of New York eventually ended after a tumultuous Season 13, which included an internal investigation into Ramona’s behavior behind the scenes.

It has since been rebooted with an entirely new cast.
