The Raiders are making major leadership changes in their organization.

The team fired head coach Josh McDaniels and general manager Dave Ziegler in the early hours of Wednesday morning, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

According to the NFL insider, linebacker coach and ex-Giant Antonio Pierce will become the team’s interim coach.

Las Vegas owner Mark Davis told “select members” of the Raiders’ organization on Tuesday of his plans to get rid of the two, Schefter reported.

McDaniels joined the Raiders last year and finished 6-11 and started 3-5 this season after losing on “Monday Night Football” to the Lions this week.

Ziegler also joined the Raiders in 2022 when he replaced Mike Mayock.
