Despite missing Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral last year, Prince Louis’ presence at King Charles III’s upcoming coronation has been confirmed.
The 5-year-old notably attended the ceremony’s dress rehearsal at Westminster Abbey in London early Wednesday.
The little one was photographed arriving with his father, Prince William, and his brother, Prince George. His mother, Kate Middleton, and sister, Princess Charlotte, were also spotted.
During the car ride, Louis looked away from the cameras and did not exhibit any of his signature silly antics.
The young prince, who is fourth in the line of succession to the British throne, made headlines in June 2022 when he stole the spotlight at the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, from freaking out at the loud flyover to sticking out his tongue at his mom.
The Princess of Wales, 41, and her husband, 40, poked fun at their youngest child’s behavior in an Instagram post at the time.
“We all had an incredible time, especially Louis,” the couple wrote.
Later that same month, Louis’ uncle Mike Tindall blamed his conduct on a “sugar high” during a “The Good, the Bad & the Rugby” podcast episode.

Because of his antics, Louis’ presence at Saturday’s coronation was still up in the air as of last month.
“He’s only 4, after all,” a palace source told Page Six, three weeks before he celebrated his 5th birthday.
Charlotte, however, has been extremely well-behaved during public outings, with the 8-year-old correcting both of her brothers on multiple occasions.
She and George, 9, attended Elizabeth’s funeral in September 2022 and acted “incredibly well-behaved,” fellow attendee Mark Tewksbury told People.
George has an important role in the May 6 ceremony, as he is one of the King’s Pages of Honor.
The title was revealed on April 5, one day after Buckingham Palace released Charles and Queen Camilla’s invitations.
As for William, the Prince of Wales will be the only royal family member to kneel before the monarch and recite the Homage of Royal Blood, while his brother Prince Harry’s role remains a mystery.
The Duke of Sussex, 38, is attending solo as his wife, Meghan Markle, stays behind in California with son Archie and daughter Lilibet to celebrate their eldest’s 4th birthday.
