Prince Harry “will not see” King Charles and Prince William during the coronation, according to the late Princess Diana’s former butler.
The Duke of Sussex has reportedly not spoken to his brother since the funeral of their grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II in September 2022.
Paul Burrell, who worked for Diana for over 10 years until her sudden death in 1997, says it’s unlikely for the feuding brothers to reconcile during their father’s coronation on May 6.
“There is no chance of a reconciliation anytime soon, I’m afraid — I think he will get a very icy reception from the Windsors,” Burrell told the US Sun.
Elsewhere, he told GB News that Harry is going to King Charles’ crowning just to “show face.”
“He is coming to put his foot in the door and he is coming because his father wants him to be there,” the royal expert said. “His father will be delighted that both his sons will be there to witness this incredible day in his life.”
“But Harry is not going to hang around,” he added.
Harry recently announced that he will be attending the May 6 ceremony solo, leaving his wife Meghan Markle and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, back home in California.
What’s more, Harry will only be attending the actual crowning ceremony, and will skip out on the other festivities that weekend, such as the coronation concert.
This could be welcome news for some royals, who, since the release of Harry’s protocol-shattering memoir “Spare,” have found themselves offended at their portrayal in the book.
Burrell recently said Markle “has a great excuse” to skip on coronation festivities, as May 6 coincides with son Prince Archie’s 4th birthday.
“She’s got a birthday on the weekend of the coronation so she’s going to have to stay behind, isn’t she,” he added.

It’s believed Archie and his sister, Princess Lilibet, were not invited to attend the coronation, which reportedly didn’t go down too well with the exiled royals.
Burrell also shared his belief that Harry and wife Meghan were “titillating” the media by not revealing their coronation attendance for months.
The ex-royal staffer added that attending the ceremony for his father is “the least” Harry could’ve done as their long-lived rift rages on.
