It looks like Savannah Chrisley‘s prayers have been answered.

President Trump has fully pardoned former Chrisley Knows Best stars Todd Chrisley and Julie Chrisley, who were convicted in 2022 for bank fraud and tax evasion, per TMZ and Variety.

President Trump called Savannah to give her the news.

“It’s a terrible thing, but it’s a great thing because your parents are going to be free and clean, and I hope we can do it by tomorrow,” Trump tells Savannah in the video, which White House communications advisor Margo Martin posted on X. “We’ll try getting it done tomorrow. I don’t know them, but give them my regards and wish them a good life.”

Trump added that he felt Todd and Julie received “a pretty harsh” sentencing for their crimes.

Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison while Julie was sentenced to seven years. Julie’s sentencing was later vacated in June 2024 but she was resentenced to seven years in September 2024.

Their accountant, Peter Tarantino, was also convicted for fraud and tax evasion. It remains to be seen if he will also be pardoned by President Trump.

The Chrisley Knows Best stars were accused of defrauding Atlanta-area banks for years before becoming reality television stars and, later, defrauding the IRS, per NBC News.

The Chrisley family’s lavish lives in Atlanta were captured in Chrisley Knows Best and Growing Up Chrisley on the USA Network. Both were swiftly canceled after Todd and Julie were sentenced to prison.

This news comes after their daughter Savannah made it clear that she was appealing to President Trump to help her parents, who she previously claimed were targeted for their “public profile and conservative beliefs” when speaking in support of Trump at the Republican National Convention in July 2024.

While speaking at the RNC, Savannah railed against the “rogue prosecutors in Fulton County” who convicted her parents, claiming, “He called us ‘the Trumps of the South.'”

She added, “He meant it as an insult. But let me tell ya, boy, I wear it as a badge of honor.”
