Veteran NYC publicist Nadine Johnson — whose clients have included everyone from legendary art dealer Larry Gagosian and hotelier André Balazs to iconic fashion brands Chanel and Stella McCartney along with A-list artists Marina Abramović and Cy Twombly — is renting out the upstairs duplex in her Chelsea townhouse for $10,000 a month (with weekly and yearly rentals available upon request).
The four-story red brick home, built in the 1920s, is on a tree-lined street at 312 W. 19th St. and was recently featured in the World of Interiors magazine.
The furnished duplex is 1,750 square feet, which includes a full-floor living room with a fireplace and a renovated kitchen “inspired by a project French architect Jean Nouvel designed on Mercer Street,” Johnson (former wife of retired Page Six editor Richard Johnson) tells Gimme.
The second floor offers two bedrooms — one with a fireplace — as well as two bathrooms that were rebuilt using Ann Sacks ceramic white subway tiles and Kohler bathroom fixtures.
Additional details include dark-stained hardwood oak floors and stairs, plus a shared foyer, front entrance and basement for storage.
Johnson, founder of Nadine Johnson & Associates, bought the home for $3.2 million more than 15 years ago.
Dogs are welcome and art can be removed upon request, she says — adding that her team is handling the listing.
