Phoebe Bridgers walked the Met Gala 2023 red carpet in a glam-goth gown by Tory Burch on Monday.
The 28-year-old singer chose a slinky black dress embellished with pearls and sheer cutouts for the “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty”-themed event, celebrating the late designer and his indelible mark on the fashion world.
Bridgers’ number featured a long train and plunging back covered in straps and pearls, the latter seemingly inspired by her signature skeleton motif.

“I loved how it’s backless with some really cool straps in the back, and I’m obsessed with the pleated chiffon train,” she raved while talking to Vogue before her arrival. “I also loved all of the different textures of black.”
She accessorized with elegant pearl and diamond earrings.
Meanwhile, she wore her wavy blue-gray locks in an updo, held in place by a chic black headband.
For her beauty look, she rocked a coral lip and highlighted her deep brown eyes with a silvery shadow palette.
Fans of the “Motion Sickness” singer took to social media to share their appreciation for her Met Gala style.
“Phoebe Bridgers is STUNNING,” one person tweeted, while another added, “Guuuuurll @phoebe_bridgers my absolute fav on the #MetGala carpet right now!”
The “Motion Sickness” singer isn’t the only celebrity who donned Tory Burch at this year’s fête, held annually at at Manhattan’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Emily Ratajkowski also stunned in an ensemble by the American designer.
For her part, the model, 31, turned heads in a nude drop-waist dress made with plenty of tulle and covered in pin accents.
For accessories, Ratajkowski selected a feather clutch and two-tiered diamond drop earrings.
In opposition to Bridgers’ relatively low-key makeup, the “High Low with EmRata” podcast host went all out with a severe smoky eye.
She also sported bangs reminiscent of film icon Audrey Hepburn, plus a half-up, half-down hairstyle wrapped in a large black bow.
