Some things aren’t meant for the internet.
Patriots wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster showed more than he probably intended to in a recent selfie on Snapchat, which appeared to flash his penis, according to The Daily Mail.
The 27-year-old Super Bowl champ allegedly deleted the image, which was posted on Saturday, but has since resurfaced on social media.
The image featured Smith-Schuster sitting in the passenger’s seat of a vehicle while a woman, who appeared to be his girlfriend, was behind the wheel.
And the internet unsurprisingly had a field day with the NSFW moment.
“JuJu Smith-Schuster is trending for all the wrong reasons,” one person wrote on X, including a meme of Kris Jenner closing a laptop shut.
Another called it a “new low” for Smith-Schuster.
As of Monday, the Pro Bowl wideout has yet to publicly address the situation.
Smith-Schuster made headlines for his social media posts in 2020, when he faced backlash for posting TikTok videos that showed him dancing on opposing teams’ on-field logos.
At first, he addressed the situation and said he wouldn’t stop posting dance videos because he was simply being himself.
However, Smith-Schuster took a hiatus from his TikTok use after his family received death threats on social media, and said he didn’t want to be a “distraction to anybody.”
Smith-Schuster, who signed a three-year, $33 million contract with the Patriots in March 2023, finished the season with 29 catches for 260 yards and one touchdown in 11 appearances.
The former USC product missed two games while in concussion protocol, and then was placed on season-ending injured reserve in Week 14 due to an ankle injury.
Smith-Schuster was at the center of trade buzz after New England finished the 2023 season with a 4-13 record, the franchise’s worst since 1992.
The Patriots and former head coach Bill Belichick mutually parted ways in January after a historic 24-season run, which included six Super Bowl wins.
Smith-Schuster, a second-round pick by the Steelers in the 2017 NFL Draft, spent the first five seasons of his career with Pittsburgh.
He signed a one-year deal with the Chiefs for the 2022 season and won a Super Bowl with Kansas City before he took his talents to New England.
