Out with the old, in with the new.
Pamela Anderson told People on Wednesday that she plans on selling her iconic fashion collection in order to “make room” for a new chapter.
“I don’t like to waste,” Anderson, 56, told the outlet. “Better to clear my mind, clear my closet. Make room for this new life. I can’t wait to see others enjoy these pieces.”
“My style has undoubtedly changed over the years, and it thrills me to think others will find the joy I did,” she continued. “There’s no reason to hang on to it. These memories are made to share.”
When asked if the closet sale would include her famed red “Baywatch” one piece, she simply replied, “all of it!”
Although she didn’t divulge when the pieces will be auctioned off or when fans can nab the vintage fashions, the former Playboy model reiterated that “truly all of it” will be available on her website.
However, Anderson — who is known for her ultra-sexy style — noted that her clothes will be sold in a “thoughtful” and “sentimental” way.
While Anderson plans to part ways with the special swimsuit, it’s unclear what other headline making outfits will be up for grabs — like her ’90s feathered hat and lace-up leather corset from “Barb Wire.”
In an interview with Elle last month, the mother of two described her former style as “wild and uninhibited” — which she has seemingly elevated in years since.
“I don’t know if it was a defense mechanism or what. I just thought, ‘I’m going to have fun,'” she said of her ’90s style, joking that she often accessorized with “the makeup from the day before.”
Despite dressing differently nowadays, the “Love, Pamela” author still looks back at her daring style with pride.

“Now, it’s all so calculated. And these are the looks that we’re inspired by now, because we lack that,” she explained. “We want that uniqueness. I never thought that those looks we threw together would be on mood boards.”
Along with revamping her wardrobe in recent years, Anderson also quit wearing makeup, which she says has been “freeing, fun and a little rebellious.”
“I did notice that there were all these people doing big makeup looks, and it’s just like me to go against the grain and do the opposite what everyone’s doing,” the Gen Z style icon told Elle.
“I think we all start looking a little funny when we get older. And I’m kind of laughing at myself when I look at the mirror. I go, ‘Wow, this is really…what’s happening to me?’ It’s a journey,” Anderson admitted.
However, she noted that it was actually her late makeup artist Alexis Vogel — who died in 2019 after battling breast cancer — that inspired her to make the change.
“She was the best. And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup,” she said.
Fresh start, indeed.
