This Palm Beach society couple is flipping out — again.

Financier Roberto de Guardiola and his interior designer wife, Joanne de Guardiola, have listed a West Palm Beach triplex for a hefty $12.95 million. That’s more than four times the $3 million they paid for it in 2021.

It appears the market — Florida having been a hot one since the onset of COVID-19 — is primed for it. Last year, the couple sold a Palm Beach home for $14 million — an 80% markup in just eight months, according to reports.

The gut-renovated, 6,461-square-foot Florida spread comes with five bedrooms, an elevator, more than 2,000 square feet of outdoor space and Intracoastal water views from all three floors.

It’s at the Plaza, 529 S Flagler Dr., with interiors by Joanne de Guardiola herself. The tour de force is a three-story, 29-foot-high atrium with floating stairs made of leathered black granite slab. Modern design details include frameless doors, floor-to-ceiling bronze-framed windows and custom cove ceilings.

The main bedroom features two spa baths and custom closets. There’s also a chef’s kitchen, a movie room, plus recessed shades and surround sound. The couple bought it as an investment property, says listing broker Samantha Curry of Douglas Elliman.

Built in 1981, the twin-tower condo building’s amenities include a concierge, a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a gym.

The listing also comes with two deeded parking spots.
