A 37-year-old teacher’s assistant in Pennsylvania was fired for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old student after sending the boy nude videos of herself on Snapchat.

Megan Carlisle, a paraprofessional at the Elizabethtown Area Middle School, allegedly fondled the boy while he was under her watch during an in-school suspension on April 28, according to the Northwest Regional Police Department.

Carlisle allegedly reached out to the boy on Snapchat after school let out on the day of the in-school suspension.

The two allegedly began discussing sex on the app and Carlisle sent explicit images of herself to the boy and his 16-year-old friend.

That night the woman then allegedly picked up the 15-year-old boy in her car and drove to an empty parking lot, where they had sex.

After their rendezvous in the car, the school employee allegedly sent the boy $20 for food and purchased him vape pods, which she gave him the next day.

The friend took screengrabs of the photos being sent by Snapchat, and police were able to use them as evidence when the boy reported the incident on May 3.

“The investigation also discovered the images and videos made by Carlisle have been sent and shared to an unknown number of other students in Elizabethtown School,” police said.

Carlisle was arrested on May 25, and remains jailed in the Lancaster County Prison with a $200,000 bail.

Carlisle faces charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, dissemination of sexual materials to a minor, and unlawful contact.

“The Elizabethtown Area School District is aware of the charges filed against Megan Carlisle, former paraprofessional at the high school, for alleged sexual misconduct,” the school said in a statement, according to Fox News. “While we do not generally make it our practice to comment on personnel or legal matters, we believe this situation necessitates a statement.

“As such, we are sharing the following information: Ms. Carlisle is no longer employed by the school. The District fully cooperated with local law enforcement on their investigation. We will have no further comments on this matter as it will be adjudicated in the courts.”
