The owner of a Bronx day care where a 21-month-old boy died and three other young children fell seriously ill after coming into contact with fentanyl and a man she sublet a room to in the tiny center have been taken into police custody, sources told The Post. 

Charges are pending against Divino Nino owner Grei Mendez de Ventura and Carlisto Acevedo Brito.
