A 17-year-old out-of-control Tesla driver jumped a curb and fatally struck an elderly pedestrian – before injuring another man sitting on a bench in Brooklyn, cops said.

The teen driver was speeding north on Ocean Parkway around 10:20 p.m. Wednesday when he lost control and mounted the sidewalk at the intersection of Avenue M in Midwood, striking 76-year-old Milorad Rajacic, police said.

The motorist also rammed into a city Department of Transportation traffic signal pole at the same corner before he continued driving on the sidewalk, cops said.

After striking the elderly pedestrian, the Tesla also rammed into a traffic signal pole.

The motorist also hit a bench where a 25-year-old man was sitting, cops said.

His Tesla slammed into a bench on the median area, where a 24-year-old man was sitting, and also hit a parked motorcycle, police said.

Rajacic, of Old Westbury, suffered severe trauma to his head and torso. He was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center, where he died, cops said.

The 24-year-old man was taken to the same hospital with minor leg injuries. He was listed in stable condition.

The Tesla driver initially fled the scene but was arrested nearby, cops said.

The teen motorist bolted from his destroyed car and was arrested by police nearby, authorities said.

He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, cops said. His name was not released due to his age.
