Even billionaires can appreciate a budget-friendly footwear find.
Oprah Winfrey joined her co-stars from “The Color Purple” at a Hollywood Reporter panel in NYC Monday, dressing the part in a silver sequined pantsuit and lilac sweater from Brunello Cucinelli along with matching Charles & Keith pumps in a soft shade of lavender.
Priced at just $63, the classic pointed-toe heels are made from recycled polyester, set on sculptural stiletto heels and come in black, silver and cream in addition to Winfrey’s pale purple.
While this marks the first time the TV titan’s worn the Singaporean brand, Charles & Keith has amassed quite the celebrity following with its luxurious-looking yet affordable designs.

Selena Gomez was recently spotted in the chain-accented Gabine loafers ($103), Sienna Miller’s stepped out in a pair of white ankle boots ($86 $56) and both Paris Hilton and Riley Keough have worn the label’s slingback pumps ($63).
Of course, endorsing more accessible brands is nothing new for Winfrey. She’s worn a pair of purple bedazzled Betsey Johnson sneakers ($89) several times during her current press tour, and her 2023 “Favorite Things” list is full of under-$50 fashion finds — from Top It Off gloves ($25 $20) to Roam Loud leggings ($44).
And not all of her beauty standbys will bust your budget; the daytime TV legend also included the Ami Colé Desert Date Cream Multistick ($22 $18) and Lollia Bubble Bath ($58 $46) on this year’s list.
As Winfrey continues her promotional tour for “The Color Purple” — which she produced after starring in the 1985 adaptation of Alice Walker’s novel — she’s sure to show off more looks in the titular hue.
