SZA, fresh off her 2025 Super Bowl halftime appearance, stars as Alyssa, a woman down on her luck after her boyfriend steals her rent money. Now Alyssa and her roommate Dreux (Palmer) must race against the clock to scrounge up the rent—or face eviction.
The film was produced by Insecure creator Issa Rae via her Hoorae Media production company, and the supporting cast includes Maude Apatow, Lil Rel Howery, Janelle James, and Katt Williams.
