NextImg:One dead, three injured after overnight mayhem across NYC

A garbageman allegedly knifed two people during a dispute on tony Forest Hills’ Austin Street, then fled in his sanitation truck, police said.

The two men, ages 35 and 34, were in an argument with the worker around 4:30 a.m. on Austin Street near 71st Avenue when the sanit man pulled out a knife, stabbing one in the chest and the other in the abdomen, police said.

The garbageman, who worked for a private carting company, then hopped in his truck and took off while the victims took themselves to Long Island Jewish Hospital, where they were in stable condition.

What fueled the argument remains under investigation, police said.

The suspect was last wearing an orange T-shirt and dark pants with reflective material. No arrests have been made.

In the Bronx, a man was killed when he was hit “with a sharp object” in the neck after a fight at the El Chicanito Restaurant Bar on East 153rd Street, near Elton Avenue in Melrose spilled outside around 3:50 a.m. Saturday, the NYPD said.

EMS rushed the victim, 32, to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Cops described the suspect as a 5-foot-7 man with a beard, clad in a white shirt with black lettering on the side.

He ran off eastbound on East 153rd Street.

Police do not know what fueled the deadly stabbing.

There have been no arrests.

In Brooklyn, a man was shot once in the torso at the Bro Deli on East 81st Street and Flatlands Avenue at around 11:10 p.m. Friday, cops said.

The “uncooperative’ victim, 41, was taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition, police said.

Cops described the suspect as a man wearing a white shirt and camo pants. He was last seen running northbound on East 82nd Street.

There have been no arrests.
