An off-duty NYPD cop was busted for allegedly choking his girlfriend, authorities said.

Elisamuel Samboy, 28, who is assigned to the 83rd Precinct in Bushwick, was arrested early Saturday after an argument with the victim “turned physical,” an NYPD spokeswoman said.

The NYPD did not say that the dispute was over.

Samboy allegedly grabbed the victim’s arm, forced her out of the house, and left her with scratches and “bruising in the neck area,” the department spokeswoman said.

The exact location of the incident is unclear, but cops said Samboy was arrested in the confines of the 73rd Precinct, which covers a northeastern area of Brooklyn containing Brownsville and Ocean Hill.

He’s charged with strangulation, police said.
