A ticked-off Bronx woman was hit with arson charges Tuesday after allegedly trying to torch a Westchester County bar following a spat with staffers, according to police.

Freissy Batista-Pereya, 32, was at the Drake Main Cafe in New Rochelle Monday night when she got into a heated dispute with workers there, police in the Westchester County city said in a press release.

She left in a huff and allegedly returned around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday with a gas can, then poured the fuel on the outside walls and the entrance to the watering hole before lighting it on fire, cops said.

Cops said Batista-Pereya fled the scene after allegedly setting the blaze but was nabbed nearby trying to get into an Uber.

The bar’s owner was able to snuff out the flames with a fire extinguisher and no one was hurt, police said.

He could not immediately be reached for comment.

Records show that Batista-Pereya was arraigned in New Rochelle City Court later in the day on charges of second-degree arson and third-degree criminal mischief.

She was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail or a $25,000 bond pending a return court appearance on Dec. 21.

Drake Main Cafe, a longstanding nightspot in New Rochelle, was also in the news over the summer when a car smashed into the bar and left five people injured, News12 reported in July.
