Just consider: A map of the Middle East with Israel erased (“DOE map zap,” Jan. 14).
It really shouldn’t come as a shock.
That horse has long left the barn in the city school system.
The system’s long pattern of hiring idiots, posers, antisemites and worse can no longer be kept secret.
There can be no finer example of the chickens coming home to roost.
Thank two-term misanthrope former Mayor de Blasio and his co-conspirators for destroying a once great education system — with an assist from Mayor Adams.
That this miscreant pedagogue, Ms. Rita Lahoud, is still being inflicted on young, impressionable children can only be considered an act of gross malfeasance.
What a twisted system.
Just what has happened to education?

That Israel was erased from a map that hung in a classroom as part of a Department of Education Arab Culture Arts program funded by Qatar Foundation International is an obscenity, as your editorial rightly points out.
But who will investigate it?
Surely not the DOE itself, which is a cesspool of antisemitic, anti-white and anti-American vileness, despite the many dedicated teachers and staff who find those attitudes abhorrent.
If the Qataris want to put money into American schools, fine — as long as that money is earmarked for studies in the history, principles and propagation of Democracy.
I have a feeling the money would dry up pretty quickly when the donors are apprised of that condition for their money to be accepted.

Now they’re using a map in a city school that does not include Israel.
That’s no surprise in a Democratic-run, liberal city.
The Democratic Party, not the GOP, is being overrun by Jew-haters.
Wake up.
Before it’s too late.

To equate leaving the state of Israel off a map to “erasing Jews” is misleading and giving short shrift to non-Jews in the Jewish state (“Erasing the Jews,” Jan. 12).
So much paper and ink is expended to convince the world that Israel is not only about the Jews in its state, and that it is a democracy.
Your headline gives that effort a black eye.

All of the sudden, a Democrat wants to secure the border (“Now Suozzi wants to secure the border,” Jan. 17)?
Former Rep. Tom Suozzi, who is running against Mazi Pilip for George Santos’ vacant seat, claims the border should be tightened up.
Suozzi is a typical Democrat hypocrite who should be held accountable for his role in encouraging immigration.
With Trump ready to reclaim the presidency, I don’t think we will need Suozzi’s help in securing the border.

I recently saw Suozzi speak in person in Nassau County.
He brushed off immigration as a chaotic situation that dates back decades to the Reagan administration. No clear solution was offered.
He’s a phony.
