A 35-year-old man threatened to jump from a 20th floor window of a Manhattan skyscraper Wednesday as the FBI showed up there to serve a search warrant, police sources said.
The man – whose identity was not immediately known – broke the window inside an apartment within the 72-story CitySpire condominium building and attempted to climb out around 8:40 a.m., the sources said.

Video from the scene shows the man with his legs dangling from the window as people stand outside looking on and filming.
Police can be heard telling the bystanders to either get inside the building or move down the block.
As of late Wednesday morning, the NYPD’s Emergency Services Unit was on scene and is attempting to speak with the man, according to the sources.He did not have any known weapons in his possession.

The nature of the FBI warrant was not immediately known.
