NextImg:NY Knicks-Cleveland Cavaliers 2023 NBA playoffs: How much are tickets?

Before the 2022-23 NBA season began, Knicks starting point guard Jalen Brunson predicted the squad would make the playoffs.

Seven months later, he has been prophetic.

After the regular season comes to an end on April 9, Tom Thibodeau’s fifth-seeded New York Knicks will face off against J.B. Bickerstaff’s fourth-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the NBA playoffs.

And if you want tickets to cheer for the Brunson as well as stars RJ Barrett, Cam Reddish, Immanuel Quickley, Quentin Grimes and (fingers crossed) the injured Julius Randle take on Donovan Mitchell and the Cavs at New York’s Madison Square Garden, you can still snag last-minute seats.

That being said, there are no truly cheap tickets on the market.

At the time of publication, the lowest price we found was $242 before fees on Vivid Seats.

However, when every second counts, it’s hard to put a value on rooting for the Knicks at the Garden in the playoffs.

Vivid Seats is a verified secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They offer a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and your tickets will be delivered prior to the event.

Fans hoping to catch Brunson and the team on the tube can watch all first round playoff games on MSG, ABC, ESPN, TNT and NBA TV.

Just make sure to check your local listings before tuning in.

There are quite a few notable narratives to keep an eye on in this first-round matchup.

The NY Post’s Peter Botte believed the biggest storyline here is New York native Donovan Mitchell matching up with his hometown Knicks.

“I wouldn’t have it any other way,” Mitchell said.
