Queer Eye‘s Antoni Porowski is serving up his food and wine expertise as host of No Taste Like Home with Antoni Porowski, an upcoming docuseries set to debut on National Geographic from Gordon Ramsay‘s Studio Ramsay.

According to Deadline, the new show will follow Porowski as he sets out to “discover the rich heritages of global celebrities by way of their ancestors’ food traditions, techniques and culinary experiences,” per a press release.

For Porowski, “food is such an integral part of understanding who we are and where we come from.”

“I am so grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime adventure, alongside some wonderful friends both new and old, traveling the globe, making up for all the times I skipped geography class in high school, to explore food traditions and cultures, and am honored to embark on this journey with National Geographic,” he added.

Porowski took to Instagram on Tuesday (Oct. 17) to share the news, writing, “There’s nothing I love more than connecting people through food (and convincing @NatGeoTV to fund my world travels tbh).”

Ramsay shared in Porowski’s excitement, commenting, “the best Host congrats @antoni ❤️.”

No Taste Like Home is a fascinating, feel-good series that will beautifully thread together family food stories from past and present,” Ramsay said of the new show, per The Wrap. “I’m really thankful to our celebrities who came on this journey, taking us to all corners of the globe, inviting us into their lives and trusting us to tell their family’s food stories in this way.”

Porowski will be announcing the first season’s celebrity guests via his social media. Locations that will be showcased in Season 1 include South Korea, Germany, Italy, Senegal and Malaysian Borneo, New York and Texas.

According to National Geographic’s executive vice president of Global Factual and Unscripted Content, Tom McDonald, “Antoni is the perfect person to take Nat Geo viewers – and our famous faces – on these global adventures.”

“He’s full of curiosity about the world, is deeply passionate and knowledgeable about culinary history, and has a unique ability to draw out the emotional connection between people, places and food,” he added.

No Taste Like Home does not yet have a premiere date.
