SEATTLE — Around five months into negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement, Women’s National Basketball Players Association president Nneka Ogwumike told The Post on Sunday the union has finally received a response from the WNBA.

WNBPA executive director Terri Carmichael Jackson previously described the players union’s approach as “aggressive” and confirmed it had sent “multiple proposals to the league” but hadn’t received word back.

That changed five days ago, according to Ogwumike.

Ogwumike, a star forward for the Seattle Storm, didn’t get into the specific details of the league’s response to a previous proposal by the union.
