Nicolas Cage’s former Olympic Tower home has hit the market for $15.5 million — down from its $16.5 million ask last year.

The renovated three-bedroom, 3½-bath Midtown Manhattan condo is 3,303 square feet. It can also be rented for a cool $39,950 a month.

Located at 641 Fifth Ave., Olympic Tower was built in 1975 by Aristotle Onassis, who was married to Jackie around the same time. 

Most recently, the Oscar winner Cage has returned to the silver screen with his role as an over-the-top Dracula in the film “Renfield.”  

Cage bought two units inside the building for $5.5 million in 2004 and 2005, and then conjoined them. But he was forced to sell the combo for $7.5 million in 2009 following a real estate purge, as he owed the IRS $14 million in back taxes. 

Doing a recent media tour, Cage also revealed on “60 Minutes” that he “was over-invested in real estate” — and when the market crashed around that same time, he was $6 million in debt. He paid it all back, he said on the program, noting that stacking up acting roles “no doubt” helped him out.

The current seller bought the home seven years ago for $8.6 million.

The 48th-floor unit, recently remodeled by Wadia Associates, can come fully furnished with Minotti furniture, Armani tables, carpeting and lamps, a Baccarat chandelier and sconces — and a bed-and-breakfast Italia bed. It features 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the city skyline, including views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the Chrysler Building.

Other residents have included international arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi. Once considered the world’s wealthiest man, his duplex was seized by a court in 1987 for non-payment of bills. Actor Anne Hathaway also lived there in the 2000s with Raffaello Follieri, her then-fiancé who landed in an Italian jail for his role in real estate scams.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the building’s amenities include a gym and bike storage.
