It’s a killer weekend for new movies on demand with a couple of fun new arrivals including the slasher flick Heart Eyes and the mystery-comedy F Marry Kill out now.
You can also check out Vermiglio, the critically acclaimed Italian drama that was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best International Picture this year. The film – shot against the backdrop of the Alps and set during World War II, is a lush romantic drama about a deserter who finds a home in a remote village and falls for a local woman there. It’s available now on demand.
These are just a few of the films that are available to watch on Amazon Prime Video, iTunes, YouTube, and through your cable service this week. Check out what movies are available to buy or rent on demand now.
Disney star Olivia Holt stars alongside Mason Gooding in the rom-com/horror Heart Eyes as young lovers (honestly, they’re actually just hanging out, it’s nothing serious) trying to evade a killer who targets couples. Clever and silly, the film’s also got a fun supporting cast that includes Michaela Watkins and Devon Sawa.
F Marry Kill is another entry in the comedy/horror genre that arrives on demand this week. Lucy Hale stars as Eva, a true crime-obsessed young woman who thinks one of the guys she’s dating might be a killer and becomes an amateur sleuth as she tries to pull clues together to prove it.
