Netflix is giving the people what they want! The streaming giant announced today that Owning Manhattan has finally been renewed for Season 2.

The real estate series — which stars Million Dollar Listing New York alum Ryan Serhant — became an overnight sensation when it debuted on the streamer earlier this summer, meaning fans have been eagerly awaiting news of a second season for at least two months.

The show follows Serhant and his staff of top-earning real estate agents as they work toward making his eponymous firm, SERHANT, the No. 1 brokerage in the world. But amid the high-stakes market and record-breaking deals, the brokers must also navigate their personal lives, from crumbling marriages to dramatic friendship fallouts.

Not only did Owning Manhattan spend one week in the Global Top 10 TV (English) and two weeks in the Top 10 TV in the United States, but it also brought in tons of new business for Serhant’s brokerage. He recently shared on Instagram that his company closed $200 million worth of deals in one day, with record-breaking sales in each of the eight states he currently operates in.

DECIDER has reached out to Serhant’s reps for comment, but did not hear back by the time of publication.

Before the renewal news, Owning Manhattan star Jordan March told us that he wanted his celebrity clients to be featured in the show’s second season.

“We have some celebrity buyers and sellers I’m working with, so just getting them on board. Hopefully, we can tell their stories as much as everyone else’s,” he said, noting that he and his team are also “eyeing some really, really cool properties right now.”

While a release date for Owning Manhattan Season 2 has not yet been announced, you can stream the first season on Netflix.
