Age is just a number… except in Hollywood.
A shocking report from The U.S. Sun reveals actress Nikki Rodriguez, who leads Netflix’s frothy teen romantic drama My Summer With The Walker Boys, has reportedly been lying about her age. Her IMDb account and several publications list her age as 22 but, according to footage and public records uncovered by The U.S. Sun, Rodriguez could be as old as approximately 33 years old.
According to the outlet, public records list the actress’s name as Nicole Marie Rodriguez and note that her birthday is in July 1992, a significant difference from the birthday listed on her IMDb profile: Dec. 17, 2002. It also lists a Minnesota address, which aligns with what the actress has shared about spending her childhood in Minneapolis, Minnesota, before she moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting.
The outlet also reports that a video allegedly shows Rodriguez graduating from high school in 2010 with honors.
The actress has yet to publicly address the report. A representative for Rodriguez did not return Decider’s request for comment.

The actress previously played coy when it comes to her age. A Vanity Fair profile described her as a “petite 20-something performer,” noting “she’s loath to reveal her exact age.”
Rodriguez currently stars in My Life With The Walter Boys as 16-year-old Jackie Howard, a New Yorker who moves to rural Colorado after her parents passed away to live with her mother’s best friend and her nine children.
In Silver Falls, Colorado, Jackie finds herself in a love triangle with brothers Alex (Ashby Gentry, age 26) and Cole Walter (Noah LaLonde, age 27).
Prior to My Life with the Walter Boys, Rodriguez also starred in Back to Lyla, On My Block, and Adam Ruins Everything. She got her start in acting in 2018.
My Life With the Walter Boys Season 2 is streaming now on Netflix.
