The pregnant mom of two young boys hit by stray bullets outside a Bronx park said the senseless daylight shooting has “completely changed” her — and now has her afraid to even leave her apartment.
Norma Solis, 32, said she was walking to the grocery store and the bank with her sons Dylan, 6, and Diego, 3, and crossing a street near St. James Park in Kingsbridge Heights shortly before 6 p.m. Tuesday — when the older boy hit the ground.
“It was horrible,” the shaken woman told The Post Wednesday. “I became hysterical. I started to cry. I couldn’t make sense of it. You always try to be diligent, but then this happens.”
The mom looked down and say Dylan “on the ground, bleeding” she said, adding she didn’t immediately realize her younger boy, who had long pants on, had also been hit.
Solis said she flew into a panic and was unsure what to do until someone told her there were cops in the park.
Officers ran to the wounded youngsters, grabbed Dylan — who had the more serious wound — and rushed him to the hospital in a squad car, she said. The boy underwent surgery and is now recovering at New York Presbyterian Hospital with his father, Alex Santos, at his side, and is likely to remain there until Sunday.
Solis said she followed Dylan in another squad car with Diego and her 1-year-old daughter, who was not injured.
Diego “has absolutely no understanding of what happened,” but “is doing fine,” Solis said, adding that one slug also ricocheted and hit her leg.
“To tell you the truth I have to go out to get some medication and I don’t feel safe,” Solis said.
“I don’t want to go out into the street,” she said. “A lot of people have come to the door and I don’t want to open the door. It’s completely changed me.”

The family members were innocent bystanders caught in the crossfire of an earlier beef between a motorist and two men on scooters, neighbors and police sources said Wednesday.
Police said two other people wounded in the fray, two men — cousins ages 23 and 25 — also suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators believe the 23-year-old was the intended target of the scooter-riding masked gunmen, according to the sources.
Video obtained by the NYPD showed the assailants pulling up to the park on an illegal scooter and the rear passenger firing into a crowd of hundreds of revelers enjoying a warm evening at the green space.
After firing at least five rounds, the duo fled down 193rd Street and south on Creston Avenue, sources said.

Cops are reviewing surveillance video from the area but have not identified the suspects.
“I saw the ones on the scooter go by but I didn’t see their faces. They went by so fast,” Solis said.
“I’m drained, I’m exhausted. I’m afraid,” the mom added. “I’m scared to go outside. I’m pregnant. I have no words.”
