Things are looking up in Baltimore.
After their best regular season in nearly a half-century, the Orioles are getting a ton of love from Vegas oddsmakers ahead of the 2024 MLB season.
Adley Rutschman and Co.’s win total is currently sitting at 90 wins at most major sportsbooks, which would be the franchise’s highest preseason over/under since 1998, according to Sports Odds History.
The Orioles are tied with the Phillies for the fifth-highest win total at Caesars Sportsbook, behind the Dodgers (103.5), Braves (101.5), Yankees (93.5) and Astros (92).
Baltimore also has the fifth-best World Series odds at Caesars (+1200) and the second-best odds to win the American League East (+200).
Their rosy outlook comes after a breakout 2023 season that saw the team win 101 games, the most for the franchise in a single season since 1979, in an AL East-winning campaign that ended with a Divisional Series exit at the hands of eventual World Series champion Texas Rangers.

The Orioles exceeded their over/under of 77.5 wins by 23.5 games, which was the biggest miss by oddsmakers on the Over since the 2021 San Francisco Giants won 107 games with a win total of 75.5.
The young O’s that powered the team last season are a year older and now have a true ace in Corbin Burnes at the top of the rotation after acquiring the 2021 National League Cy Young winner from the Milwaukee Brewers this offseason.
Baseball wunderkind Jackson Holliday is also looming as a potential impact player in 2024.
It’s unclear if Holliday is going to make the team’s Opening Day roster, although he is currently a +350 favorite to win the AL Rookie of the Year award.
They also have a pair of MVP candidates in Rustchman (+1600) and Gunnar Henderson (+2200), who are both top 10 in the AL on Caesars’ oddsboard.
