DraftKings woke up up with slightly lighter pockets after the Timberwolves pulled the upset win over the Mavericks in Game 4 to secure a $3.2 million parlay payout for “Million Dollar” Marco Piemonte.
The famous gambler wagered $200,000 on a 15/1 parlay that consisted of four bets, including three MLB wagers Monday: the Giants (-135) to beat the Phillies, Rockies (+100) over the Guardians and Nationals (+110) over the Braves.
Those three wagers each cashed, with the Rockies winning, 8-6, and the Nationals and Giants each emerging with 8-4 triumphs.
The Timberwolves entered Tuesday’s elimination game with +110 odds to beat the Mavericks on the road in the Western Conference finals.
Piemonte posted on his Instagram account that if Minnesota won Game 4, he would give away a car, a Rolex watch and some money.
It would now seem some of his followers have a chance to score huge too, with Minnesota winning, 105-100, to send the series back to Minneapolis.
Piemonte owns multiple car dealerships throughout Illinois, living in a mansion near Chicago.

Piemonte is a known bettor who wagers massive amounts of money on straight bets and parlays, but this $3.2 million win is his largest of the year and likely in the running for the largest of his betting career.
The Chicago bettor first burst onto the scene in 2022 when he won $1.18 million after betting on the Rams to win the Super Bowl at +650 odds.
Since then, he’s been criticized for only posting winning wagers, but he recently posted his account balance information showing how much he’s bet and what his net win/loss was.

According to the statement and transactions page he posted on Instagram, Piemonte has wagered $33.4 million since the beginning of 2024 and has profited just less than $2 million.
Piemonte more than doubled his yearly profit with this parlay, and with proper bankroll management he will be able to carry his way into football season with plenty of profit to play with.
