Mark Vientos coming to the Mets isn’t the only change the team is making to their woeful lineup.

To make room for Vientos on the roster, Joey Wendle is set to be designated for assignment, sources told The Post’s Joel Sherman.

Wendle has been a disappointment since signing with the Mets and made costly miscues on both sides of the ball.

The Mets would have a week to trade Wendle or release him.

And with Joey Lucchesi set to start for the Mets Wednesday in Philadelphia, lefty reliever Yohan Ramirez is also slated to be designated for assignment, since he has no minor league options remaining.
