Meghan McCain is taking shots at her former colleagues again.
The former View host has been posting about her colleagues on X amid their ongoing coverage of the presidential election, which has been very critical of Donald Trump‘s victory.
“Respectfully, please stop sending me clips from The View,” McCain asked her supporters on X. “It’s a radical progressive insane asylum and that is why I left years ago.”
McCain has been a vocal critic of the show since she exited in 2021. She has since launched her own podcast where she covers politics from a conservative angle.
Alyssa Farah Griffin and Ana Navarro jointly replaced her as the show’s conservative panelists. Griffin worked for the Trump administration during his first term, but she has become increasingly critical of his politics over the years, bringing her to endorse Kamala Harris in the presidential election.
Though Griffin is still considered the show’s conservative voice, McCain called ABC out.
“It is actual malfeasance on the part of ABC News that there isn’t one single conservative woman on The View this morning who voted for Trump or simply isn’t repulsed by his supporters to explain to America why he is still so popular,” she wrote on X earlier this week.

Griffin explained on the show that she had hoped the Republican party would “rebuild” after his 2020 loss.
“It didn’t do that,” Griffin said. “So this weekend, on Saturday, for the first time in my life I voted for a Democrat.”
She explained, “I voted for Kamala Harris, I then voted down ballot for Republicans. I consider my vote on loan to her. I’m worried about the direction Donald Trump will take this country, and I take my own warning seriously. What I saw is very real. I’m a Christian, I’m an American and I’m a Republican, in that order, and I need somebody that shares my values.”
She added that the “best thing for the country” would be if Trump lost the election.
The View airs weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
