There’s a new mojito holder on Real Housewives Of Miami. At Bravo Fest Fan, Andy Cohen announced that Stephanie Shojaee was joining the cast of the 305. During the announcement, cast mate Alexia Nepola approvingly described Shojaee as “feisty [and] opinionated” and a fellow “Alpha.” Larsa Pippen also vouched for Shojaee on Doorbell stage. “She’s a great girl and I think she adds a lot of value to our friend group,” said Pippen. “She’s fabulous, she’s educated, she’s an entrepreneur, and she’s one of my really close friends.”

Shojaee is filling the space left open by Dr. Nicole Martin, who stepped back from the show earlier this year to spend time with her family. Martin experienced postpartum anxiety after the birth of her daughter, Genevieve. A real estate developer, Shojaee is the perfect addition to the cast. “There are actually not many female real estate developers,” observed Shojaee on Bravo’s The Daily Dish. “[My job] is buying the land, putting up an 800 unit high rise, or [building] rental communities. For that, I have to build a whole leasing team in addition to developing the units.”

When Shoaee was asked by Kate Chastain at Bravo Fan Fest what fans can expect to see from her freshman season, she was happy to elaborate. “I am a small, but feisty Colombiana.” She admitted that some of the girls might find her “bossy.” “I am a dog mom, a wife, a daughter, and a sister,” said Shojaee. “All these fabulous things wrapped up in Chanel.”

Her “work-hard-play-hard” mentality and glamorous lifestyle will come in handy as she navigates the dynamics of the ladies. “For me, Miami, it’s a playground,” she said to The Daily Dish. Her already established ties with Pippen will no doubt come in handy. “My first impression was that these ladies are calm and very sweet…that lasted five minutes,” joked Shojaee on the stage at Bravo Fan Fest.
