Josh Allen and Brittany Williams have long been regarded as one of the NFL’s hottest couples.

Together for more than five years, Williams has supported Allen at Buffalo Bills games throughout his career, including the team’s Divisional Round playoff loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in January 2023.

But in April 2023, however, rumors began swirling that the longtime couple could be on the outs after Williams curiously unfollowed Allen on Instagram.

As speculation continues to mount over the status of their relationship, here’s everything to know about Williams.

Williams is a Pilates instructor and runs the virtual program, Pilates by Britt.

A variety of classes are currently available on the company’s website, specializing in full-body, upper-body, and lower-body workouts, among others.

Allen, 26, and Williams have known one another since they were 8 years old.

The duo grew up as family friends in Fresno, Calif., and Williams invited Allen to be her date at a Sadie Hawkins dance in high school.

Although Allen ghosted Williams soon after, the quarterback — who was selected seventh overall in the 2018 NFL Draft — owned up to his missteps.

“I specifically remember [Allen] reaching out to me a whole year later and just randomly texting me, saying, ‘I messed up.’ And I’m like, ‘Dude, you haven’t talked to me in a year.’ But at the same time, I liked it,” Williams said on a September 2022 episode of Kelly Stafford’s “The Morning After” podcast.

They started dating in 2017.

Speculation surrounding the status of Williams and Allen’s relationship revved up in April 2023, when internet detectives noticed she stopped following the two-time Pro Bowler on Instagram.

Further, some photos featuring the couple together have also been scrubbed from her page.

Allen still follows Williams on the social media platform.
