New York’s party mayor Eric Adams missed this starry gala.

The buzz at Denise Rich’s Gabrielle’s Angel Ball on Monday was that Hizzoner was going to make a cameo at the flashy Cipriani Wall Street bash.

He was nowhere to be found — but organizers were still anticipating his arrival thanks to his protégé Alisa Roever.

A spy overheard his pal informing one of the organizers that he was going to show up, but alas, he never made it.

Roever told us she’s on the Angel Ball committee and explained, the mayor’s “scheduler said he had a meeting in Westchester.”

A rep for Adams told us the mayor had a conflict and, “was never scheduled to attend the event.”

Whatever the case, it seems it was a relief to the gala’s attendees that he didn’t show.

Adams was a hit at last year’s soiree, but a source predicted he wouldn’t have had the same fanfare this year amid his indictment and ongoing federal investigation.

Adding to the tension, some of the hangry guests were in an uproar that dinner wasn’t served quick enough — so who even knows how they would’ve reacted to a surprise speech from the controversial pol.

Star Jones had to shush the crowd during a “paddle raise.”

“As my Vice President would say, ‘I’m speaking!'” she said from the stage, referencing Kamala Harris.

The “Divorce Court” judge was even more stern when she had to quiet the audience a second time.

“Calm it the hell down!” she said. (It worked)

The gala raised nearly $3 million for cancer research.

Henry Segestrom’s widow, Elizabeth, contributed $300,000 with a winning bid on a sculpture by artist Enrique Cabrera.

Jones was celebrating the nine year anniversary of meeting husband Ricardo Lugo. She gushed about their first date, telling us, he took her to a champagne tasting after she told him, “The only thing I like better than champagne is more champagne.”

Coincidentally, he was away at the bar grabbing her champagne when she mentioned this.

Equinox CEO Harvey Spevak and his girlfriend Bianca Peters Castillo were also on the scene.

The proud boyfriend couldn’t help smooching his news anchor love after she introduced new artist Luke K, who performed a duet with Adrienne Warren.

The rising rap artist is managed by Clive Davis’ longtime partner Greg Schriefer. The music man and Schriefer shared a table with pals Nikki Haskell, Nelly Moudime and fashion designer Dennis Basso.

“Real Housewives'” star Ubah Hassan was also spotted floating around the room with her boyfriend, Oliver Dachsel.

The night ended with Busta Rhymes performing his hits with Lorraine Schwartz, Ofira Sandberg and Ellen von Unwerth dancing at the front of the stage.

The rapper even attempted to belt out some Mariah Carey verses from their 2002 song “I Know What You Want.”

Society DJ Marjorie “Mad Marj” Gubelmann spun the afterparty.
