Third time’s the home run?
Mark Melancon listed his Florida mansion once again last week.

The All-Star baseball player listed the Holmes Beach property — about an hour south of Tampa — for $14.78 million in May of last year, according to Zillow, before changing his mind and taking it off the market in September. He put it up for sale again in January for $12.99 million — but took it down a few weeks ago.
The new $10.95 million price tag means Melancon’s not playing around and intends to find a buyer soon, his broker, Charles Buky of Coldwell Banker, told The Post.
It was tough for the former Yankee to part ways with the beloved home that he built for his wife and their three children, Buky said. But since Melancon now pitches for the Arizona Diamondbacks, he’s unable to fly back often enough to make it worth keeping.
At 5,921 square feet, the Bimini Bay manor has six bedrooms, plus five full and two half baths. Geared to keep both kids and adults busy, it also has two living rooms and a speakeasy-style entertainment room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a gas fireplace and its own washer/dryer.
“I’ve never walked anyone through the house that doesn’t say it’s one of their favorite houses ever,” Buky said.

To enjoy the famed sunny weather, there’s a golfing sand pit, four covered patios and an outdoor kitchen. Views of the bay — along with its manatees, dolphins and sting rays — are visible upon entering the front door, and it’s all topped with an infinity pool and two boating docks.
The home’s relaxed vibe, which won a Best in Living Award from the National Association of Builders, fits its perch on Anna Maria Island, which is known for its beachy, small-town feel, the broker added.
