The New York Knicks’ crushing Game 6 loss this weekend has Mark Consuelos thinking of one of the team’s biggest fans.
As Consuelos shared on on Monday’s Live with Kelly and Mark, the Indiana Pacers “outpaced the Knicks” in the Eastern Conference Finals, as they move on to face the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Finals later this week. After commending the Knicks’ work this season, Consuelos acknowledged, “I’m worried about Timothée Chalamet. I’m worried about him.”
Kelly Ripa, who was obviously unaware of the Complete Unknown actor’s viral support for the Knicks, asked, “Why?”
Consuelos added, “Well, what’s he going to do now?”
After Ripa told her husband an co-host that she “do[es]n’t know what that means,” Consuelos explained that “he’s been at every game.”
“He and Ben Stiller are buddies,” he continued. “They go to every single game.”
Ripa teased, “Ok, I haven’t been following the storylines of the courtside.”
Along with Chalamet and Stiller, other famous fans who were often spotted on Celebrity Row at this season’s playoff games were Spike Lee — who even said he “would give up an Academy Award” for a Knicks win — Tracy Morgan, and Mariska Hargitay.
Citing “reports,” Consuelos noted that Chalamet “passed up” this year’s Met Gala to watch the Knicks play the Celtics from home.

“Good for you, Timothée. Good for you,” he gushed. “I like that. Now, what is he going to do?”
While Ripa said she doesn’t know, she proposed that he will “do Chalamet things like a movie.”
“Like he’ll probably do a movie. And then he’ll get nominated for an Academy Award,” she teased.
Consuelos added, “He’s such a New Yorker, yeah. We’re hoping for that.”
