This morning’s episode of Live with Kelly and Mark marked Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos‘ final show in Vegas, and while the two co-hosts have certainly made the most of their trip, they had to mention “another big feature” that visitors should check out.

After Consuelo gushed about Vegas “becoming a sports town,” Ripa highlighted that the city has seen “a lot of growth here in the desert.”

“This shining city in the desert that never is not exciting,” she shared. “Just a few days ago, when we landed in the airplane, and when you can come in and see — just all of a sudden it’s miles and miles of desert, and then all of a sudden, the Egyptian pyramids.”

Consuelos chimed in, “And you know, another big feature here is the merch store. The Live with Kelly and Mark merch store.”

Ripa exclaimed, “Oh, I heard! We have a merch store!”

As viewers got a glimpse of footage from inside the shop — which featured Live mugs, t-shirts, baseball hats, and more — a light bulb seemingly went off in Consuelos’ head.

“What do they call those little things the bride wears around her — ” he began, gesturing toward his leg and struggling to come up with the word.

Ripa interjected, “A garter?”

“A garter! They should make some garters,” he proposed.

Live EP Michael Gelman added from off-camera, “To throw at your wedding. Great idea.”

With a hilariously hesitant look on her face, Ripa teased, “Good idea. Mark’s always thinking.”

Gelman joked, “He’s a retailer now.”

While Consuelos deemed himself a “marketing genius,” Ripa claimed her husband has “really got his finger on the pulse of what people want in Vegas.” However, his ideas didn’t stop at garters.

“Big cups with big long straws sticking out of them like that,” he quipped.
