We’re just a few days from March Madness and Connecticut is the favorite to repeat as NCAA Tournament champions in 2024.
At BetMGM, just two other teams are in single digits — Purdue and Houston, both No. 1 seeds on the opposite side of the bracket from UConn.
The Huskies did get a relatively tough draw with Auburn (who is a No. 4 seed but is the seventh betting choice in the futures market at 17-1) and Iowa State (right behind Auburn at 18-1) in their bracket.

The UConn Huskies are the current favorites to cut down the nets again in early April. However, their recent loss to the Creighton Blue Jays, show just how unpredictable this March Madness tournament will be.
Right behind the Huskies are two perennial contenders in the Purdue Boilermakers (+650) and the Houston Cougars (+600). Both teams have held the No. 1 spot in the rankings this season and enter the NCAA Tournament as No. 1 seeds, on the opposite side of the bracket as UConn.
Arizona, Tennessee, Auburn and North Carolina are next on the board, all less than 20-1 at BetMGM.
