A maniac allegedly randomly assaulted four women in separate attacks in the subway system in Brooklyn, police said Tuesday as they search for the still-at-large suspect in the six-day spree.

The attacker allegedly first struck around 8 a.m. Oct. 28 when he walked up to a 46-year-old woman and punched her in the head and face on a southbound R train at the 95th Street station, according to cops.

He then fled the station and the woman was taken to Maimonides Medical Center in stable condition.

That same day around noon the suspect is accused of slugging a 32-year-old woman in the face as she was boarding a northbound 3 train at Hoyt Street station, the NYPD said.

The woman suffered minor injuries and refused medical attention, police said.

Two days later in the same station, the assailant allegedly socked a 24-year-old woman in the face on the northbound 2 train platform and ran away on foot, cops said.

The woman in the third attack refused medical attention.

In the most recent assault, last Friday, the man approached a 53-year-old woman on a northbound 2 train at Flatbush Avenue station and began yelling at her, police said.

Police are looking for a man accused of attacking four random women on the subway.

He then allegedly punched her multiple times in the face before fleeing, according to the NYPD.

The fourth victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention, authorities said.

All four attacks were unprovoked and the suspect did not know any of the victims, police and sources said.

There does not appear to be a connection between the suspect and victims.

The series of assaults follow a pattern of increasing violence in the city’s subway system.

Transit felony assaults are up 4.5% this year compared to the same time period last year, according to NYPD Transit Bureau statistics.

There have been 491 felony assaults in the transit system so far in 2023.

The same time period in 2022 only saw 470 felony transit assaults.
