The knife-wielding menace who allegedly stabbed teen twin sisters — killing one of them — for rejecting his advances outside a Brooklyn bodega surrendered to cops Friday morning, police sources said.

Veo Kelly, 20, turned himself in at the 78th Precinct to face charges in the fatal stabbing of 19-year-old Samiya Spain outside Slope Natural Plus on Fourth Avenue near St. Marks Place around 2:20 a.m. Sunday, the sources said.

Samiya’s twin sister was stabbed in the arm during the tragic confrontation.
