Manhattan prosecutors are looking into a UK incident tied to the Jonathan Majors domestic assault case as the district attorney’s office said it won’t prosecute the actor’s ex-girlfriend who is expected to face an assault rap herself in the March altercation, a new court filing says.

District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office revealed new details in court papers filed earlier this month about the case as it doubled down on prosecuting Majors following his defense lawyer’s bid to get the case tossed ahead of a Wednesday court appearance.

Majors, 34, is facing misdemeanor charges of assault and harassment.

He is accused of assaulting his ex, Grace Jabbari, during a fight inside a private car in Chelsea on March 25 that started after she saw a text on his phone that stated, “I wish I was kissing you right now,” according to prosecutors.

Jabbari grabbed Majors’ phone to see who sent the message before the “Creed III” star allegedly manhandled her, the filing claims.

He allegedly pried Jabbari’s right middle finger off the phone, which caused bruising, and then twisted her forearm, the district attorney’s office said.

He then allegedly hit her in the right ear causing a cut before taking his phone back.

He left the car and when Jabbari tried to also get out, he allegedly “grabbed her, picked her up, and threw her back inside,” according to the filing.

The alleged victim fractured her finger and suffered other minor injuries during the assault, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors also said in the legal papers that they were looking into a September 2022 UK incident connected to the Majors case, including trying to obtain medical records tied to a “Molineux incident” which appears to be in reference to a sports stadium in West Midlands, England.

An undated copy of a London Metropolitan Police report was obtained by the DA’s office and turned over the defense, according to the filing.

More information about the UK incident, including who was involved, was not disclosed in the filing.

Jabbari is a UK citizen and Majors was in London during that time to film season two of the Disney+ Marvel series “Loki,” Variety reported.

The latest filing by the DA’s office was in reply to arguments made by the Majors’ lawyer Priya Chaudhry over evidence shared by prosecutors in the case.

Majors’ legal team has argued that the Manhattan DA’s office buried evidence that would prove their client’s innocence, which prosecutors denied in the legal papers.

Chaudhry has argued Jabbari actually assaulted her client and claimed the case was a “witch hunt” by prosecutors.

Jabbari is expected to be charged with assault by police when she turns herself in, but prosecutors said they will drop the case if it reaches them.

Majors filed a complaint with the NYPD in June that led police to determine there was probable cause to arrest Jabbari. His legal team also provided a photo of her for a wanted poster, according to the filing, but the poster never materialized.

“On September 21, 2023, the People, for the first time, informed Ms. Jabbari’s attorney that the People would decline to prosecute Ms. Jabbari if she were arrested,” the filing states.

“A thorough investigation was conducted into the facts of this case, and in doing so, the People have chosen to prosecute Jonathan Majors,” the district attorney’s office also wrote.
